Panzela laughed too. "Yeah, but you're still recovering. tomorrow, okay? We'll start as soon as I come over." saying this she remembered that eventually she'd have to go home. Oy, I can't wait until I live with them and am out of that house.

 

Rei lowered his eyes. "I really didnt' want it to be you."

 

Becky closed her eyes. "I can't just sit around and do nothing, though... Kairuto's my brother, and, even if not by blood, you are too... I can't just stop helping you...!" She looked up at Rei, a hint of sadness in her smile. "Even if it means dying..."

"Aww okay..." He said in sign language.

 

Rei hugged Becky, his wings wrapping around her. "You're nuts."

 

Panzela stood up so he could lay back down and rest. "I'll go get your mom, she'll be glad to see you awake." she glanced at Akito, "Um, I'm not sure if you want to go or stay when I get her." she smiled at him and walked out of the room to find her aunt.

Becky hugged him back. "Heh, that's me for ya..." She said and grinned.

"Okay!" Anthony said to her.

"I should probably go..." Akito said and stood up. "I'll see ya later, Panzela..." He smiled and waved, jumping out the window.

 

"Yeah, I like you that way." Rei ruffled her hair, his wings spreading from the embrace.

 

Becky giggled and smiled, letting go of him.

 

"Cya later..." Panzela replied, although he'd gone and she was down the hall. She smiled and knocked on her aunts door, genlty.

 

Anthony's mom sat up on the bed when she heard a knock. "Come in," She said softly.

 

Panzela opened the door and walked in. "Sorry to wake you. I just thought you should know, Anthony woke up, he's really energetic and happy." she smiled at her aunt and hugged her tightly.

 

Anthony's mom smiled. "That's wonderful..." She said and hugged Panzela back. "Thank you so much, dear..."

 

"Please dont' thank me, it's my fault this all happened anyway. I'm just so glad he's okay." Panzela stepped back. "I'll go back and make sure too keep an eye."

 

Rei smirked. "Just don't get in over your head." He said, getting serious.

 

Becky looked at her feet. "I'll try not to..." She said and looked back up at him. "But you know I won't hold back if you or Kairuto are in danger..."

Anthony's mom stood up. "Panzela..." She said and placed a hand on her shoulder. "Don't think that this is your fault..."

 

Panzela shook her head, "It is, I led that... her here. But he's okay now. And I won't let her touch him again." she promised, smiling at her aunt.

 

She smiled. "Thank you, Panzela..." She said and hugged her.

 

Panzela hugged her back. "Well, I'll let you get some rest." she stepped out of the room, "Sleep well." she added, before walking back to Anthony's room. "Hey, still full of energy?" she asked him, grinning.

 

"That's understandable." Rei sighed and then looked at Becky. "I've gotten closer to you than any of the others.... It'll hurt a lot more if I lose you. Kairuto too."

 

OOC- sorry... I was reading "Twilight"... ^^'

Becky looked at the ground. "You won't lose me..." She said and smiled. "I promise."

Akari was listening to Rei and Becky outside the window. She sat beneath the window, still and quiet, so she couldn't be heard.

Anthony's mom nodded as she walked out of the room and went back to sleep. When Panzela got back, Anthony nodded in response to her question.

OOC- heh, now the book's making me wanna put a vampire character in here... XD lol
