"Yeah..." She said. "Why?" She suddenly heard a loud thump on the door. "Oh, hang on a second, Panzela..." She said and went over to the door, opening it.

 

Wizard looked up at Becky. "Kyuu?" He hopped inside and looked around, sniffing for Rei.

 

...? Becky was confused but let Wizard come inside. What's he looking for...? She thought.

 

Wizard flopped down, his big ears twitching. "Kyuu!" He folded his tiny arms. He'd lost Rei's scent.

 

Becky then remembered what Rei had said about him being his "old partner". "Are you looking for Rei...?" She asked, curiously.

 

Wizard scampered over to Becky and stood on his back legs. "Kyuu!" His little voice was excited, he hoped Becky could lead him to Rei.

 

Becky could see that's who he was looking for, but should she lead him to Rei? She didn't exactly know if Wizard would hurt him. Plus, he was resting. She kneeled down. "Rei's resting right now..." She said.

 

Wizard shook his head. "Kyuu..." He pouted.

 

Panzela heard Becky talking on the other end to someone, "Okay, I think we can get a cure." she reassured Anthony and her aunt. Hurry up Becky...

 

Becky shook her head. She couldn't resist his pout. "Well... You can go see Rei, but he's resting right now..." She said and then realized that Panzela was still on the phone. Oh, Panzela! She quickly ran back to the phone and picked it up. "S-Sorry Panzela!" She said.

 

"It's fine. But Becky, do you have that potion still?" Panzela asked, hoping hard that she would.

 

Becky looked around. "I think I have another one around here somewhere..." She said. "Why? Is everything alright?" She asked worriedly.

Anthony collapsed, unconcious.

 

"No, she put another one of those stickers on Anthony, and he's in enough pain to knock him uncousius." Panzela explained as fast as she could, looking at her aunt, "she has a potion that could help." she said, quietly to her.

 

Anthony's mother stroked his hair worriedly.

Becky's eyes widened. "You've got to be kidding me!" She exclaimed and then covered her mouth, not wanting to wake up Kairuto. "I'll be right over..." She said quickly and immediately hung up the phone. She ran up to her room and searched around for the potion.

Akari, who was watching in a nearby tree, giggled. That's not going to help him... She thought and smirked.

 

Panzela snapped the phone closed. "okay, she's coming over with the poition." she informed her aunt. "I'm so sorry." she added, queitly, stroking her aunt's hand while they waited.

 

Akari headed back towards the Hiwatari house.

Anthony's mom just looked down at Anthony. However, she smiled. "Panzela, dear... Don't blame yourself for all of this..." She said. Even though nothing like this had happened before Panzela knew them, his mom knew that it wasn' her fault. She wasn't the one actually hurting them... Akari was. A cold sweat ran down Anthony's forehead.

Becky found a potion and quickly ran out of the house towards Anthony's house. I've got to get back quickly before something happens to Kairuto... She thought, and at the same time hoped that Anthony was alright.

 

"I can't help it, if I hadn't met you two, you would never have been targeted." Panzela said, angry at herself. "I know it's not 'technically' my fault... but I got you involved." she watched Anthony for awhile in silence.

 

Before Anthony's mother could say anything else, Becky showed up at the bedroom door. She was holding a potion in her hands. "Somebody need a potion?" She said, half serious and half joking. She walked over to them and handed Panzela the potion. She looked at Anthoyn. He really doesn't look too well... She thought. This isn't the same as what happened to me... It's different...

 

Panzela took the poition, "Thanks Becky." she said. "Auntie, do you want to give it to him?" she asked, thinking his mother would want to wake him up.

Wizard happily bounded up the stairs to Kairuto's room. A strand of red magic opened the door and Wizard jumped on to Kairuto's bed. "Kyuu! Kyuu!" He nudged Kairuto's shoulder.

Kairuto opened his eyes. "Hey... you're Dai's familiar aren't you...?"

Wizard shrugged. "Kyuu?"

"Rei's too tired to come out right now..." Kairuto mumbled.
