    On the contrary, Wiki and a few other mega sites are blacking out in protest of the piracy laws congress is trying to pass(idiotic laws). Also Wiki is only blacking out the English site.

    It's blocking the English Site globally. As in, no specific countries can access it during that time, but the other languages will still be available.
