Who owns the rights to Sora?

They sell Kingdom Hearts stuff in Japanese Disney stores. Sora also appears on Disney's websites for both the UK and US.

Square does own Sora and the rest of the KH made-up characters.
Typically, Sora has no difference than Axel or Roxas or Xion or Xemnas. In papers, they are all the same. And since Disney doesn't refer to them in any way other than the games, I don't think they have anything to do with the characters.
In fact, Disney is only there because Square wanted to use Disney characters. So Disney agreed, and so Square got the copyrights from Disney. Just to use its characters. They didn't make new characters for Disney.
