Who likes Rap?

Basically what the title says. Do you like rap, or not. I dont because I think its tacky.

With some people it doesn't stand out like black and white.

But, yeah, I like rap and i think that it's not getting as much positive attention as it should - especiall on forums. >\

I like some rap. It depends on what they are talking about in the song.

 

The ONLY rapper I like is Eminem....the rest of it sucks, in my opinion, anyways.

BTW, I like only a VERY few rap songs....a lot of it is just...not me.

 

I don't. >:\ I don't like that it's always about pointless stuff (I'm exaggerating when I say "always", I've heard ONE rap song that was about something that I actually cared about...), the fact that they're NOT EVEN SINGING, the annoying "music" in the background, the fact that EVERYBODY IN THE CITY I LIVE IN listens to it, the fact that everybody says you can dance to it; I can't dance to it, but I can dance to almost every kind of music. =/​

 

I like rap... If it's funny. I like anything that's funny, that's why I'm white and nerdy.

Eh, everyone has their opinions....I respect anyone's. I mean, I'm not saying all rap is bad. I like a few songs of rap....just not that many....some of the songs scare me...O.o;

Does Kid Rock and Rage Against The Machine count as rap?I always thought they were a mix between rock and rap.

 

I like those Rock\rap type songs... ^-^

Dunno why... They sound suprisingly good together...

Only count it as rap if YOU think it should be...

 

Honestly, I like some rap. Fort Minor, Immortal Technique, and some other select fews. Though, I hate how people are so judgemental because of the mainstream bullsh!t. It's giving the good rap artists a bad reputation.

Saying all rap is crunk (the kind you usually hear on the radio - bleck... >P You know... "BOOTY BOOTY BOOTY BOOTY, ROCKIN' EVERYWHERE" type stuff.) is like saying all rock is emo.

 

I said it before, and I'll say it again: I like the kinda rap that doesn't constantly ramble on about big booty tappin'. Like what mah sista 2Foxxie4u stated.

And because I just hate the guy so much, 50 CENT HAS A SOGGY PEN!S AND SHOULD JUST PLAIN DIE. He and his {crap} music. UNG. So tired of him.

EDIT: Yeah, rock/rap songs can rock so hard. Like there's this one song by Limp Bizkit feat. Redman (I think it was him, or was it Method Man?) which I'm particularly fond of.
