Who hur lieked the site better before?

Just wondering. I sure lieked the site back then. ): I miss it so.

Lol, every forum has those days. It's part of the life cycle. But then it begins to get popular, attract idiots, cause the regulars to get angry at the idiots, and that's where all the rudeness comes from. The next stage is that all the idiots leave and the members are so used to venting their anger that they turn towards each other and eventually tear the forum apart from the inside. I've seen it happen at least three times, and I'll be damned if it doesn't happen here.

 

Well thats not gonna happen on my account...

I don't think anyone can ruin the heart of the old forum

 

i liked it back when but i wasnt a member i just watched the videos and read the posts ^_^

 

Trust me, once a flammer becomes a mod, that will be the start of it all.

flammer = mod
flammer mod persuades his close buddy (admin or other higher up mod) to allow some of his other flamming buddies modship
flamming against 'noobs' goes rampant
'noobs' leave
people get bored and either leave or flame each other for lulz
the site and members tear themselves apart

I've seen it too many times and lost too many friends from it, that's why I'm a pacifist, I'd hate to see it happen to this forum, so I'm going to try to use this knowledge to stop it.

 

But the Admin's here aren't dumb =\ They know who's a flammer and who Isn't

 

Dude, don't try to foreshadow events. If they happen, then they happen. Just enjoy the forum as much as you can.

Oh, the admins are never dumb, they just befriends a flammer, I mean, it's a forum nearly everyone on one likes each other...

I'm not really foreshadowing, my original point was that you should enjoy this peace before the storm, but don't really wish for the old days, because they're gone, just enjoy looking back at them.

 

So....when It doesn't happen can I PM you and say "I TOLD YOU SO!!" ? =D
