Who here remembers when Axel used to say "Commit it to memory." instead of "Got it memorized?"

 

I do...... unfortunately.........

 

Yeah... I got the GBA version this summer. And a month later we find out that Re:CoM is coming out in America... >.<

 

I'm glad to say that that little message just lowered 1 point down on axel's awsomeness meter in my mind >.>

 

Yeah, I prefer "Got it memorized?" The other one I think was like a literal translation.

 

Actually, "Got it memorized?" is more literal. In the Japanese version, the sentence ended in the particle "ka," which makes the sentence a question. So basically, "Commit it to memory." was a bad translation.

 

Oh, I did not know that. I don't really know much Japanese, just two or three words, and I can't read it.

Nope, in the original CoM he said "Commit it to memory"

 

Well, it would have been if they hadn't changed it.

I started a new file on my old CoM game and he does say "Commit it to memory"!!!
