Sadly I'm starting to play Christmas music already on the piano(why am I playing them while it's still only November?) And I want to play "Where Are You Christmas" and "Feliz Navidad" again. Do you guys want to see the recordings of them when I get through with them? I know it's early, but since I already played them once, it shouldn't take too long to get them again, and I was just wondering what you guys thought
My vote is yes. I did see some of your pieces when you posted them a while back and I did like them, you are a good pianist so sure I'd love to see it. If you also write music, maybe add some KH rhythms in with it, that would be a treat. EDIT: You could do a poll, that would keep track of your responses a lot easier.
I was thinking of a poll, but I didn't think this was important enough for that. And I can't write music. I mean that in the most hardest sense possible, because I just can't come up with rhythms, and even if I just improvise, it's not the greatest. And how do you add KH rhythms to it? What do KH rhythms sound like?
Just find sheet music for well known KH songs like "Dearly Beloved" etc. and throw it in there artistically to produce a Christmas-KH tune.
I don't even know what the heck a Christmas tune sounds like. I just play the songs. If anyone wants to make a Christmas arrangement with one of the Kh songs and send it to me so I can play it, go ahead, but I'm can't rearrange music and give it a theme or anything. I can only play
Sure, go for it. Maybe I'll try digging out some of my sheets when I get home...I can probably manage to remember how to play Making Christmas. And if I'm feeling adventurous maybe I'll try transcribing Happy Holidays or What a Surprise. Don't hold me to that though. >>
yeah, I can already play through Where Are You Christmas again, but it's the 3rd and 4th pages that are the most annoying. I remember having an annoying time with them the first time too. It'll take a few more days or so till I can remember it fully and play it better
