Fully dutch (I am dutch) almost fully English, a bit French, I can undersand German but I can't speak German, I can understand Italian, but I can't speak Italian.

I think I'm pretty gifted when it comes to languages, and I surely wanna learn more languages.
I think I wanna learn Korean!

Thanks! You're cool too :noworries: English is destroying our language too... A lot of Irish words are just English words pronounced slightly differently.

Do you study Welsh at school?

Well first of all, English is my primary language.
During high school I was taught Latin.
And next year in college I'll be learning Chinese.

Irish might be dying but cumtoms are staying the same. You'll always see the farmer named Paddy with his knitted cap and jumper with his '87' tractor that you walk past and he alway says the same thing and that isn't thing only thing. The reason Irish is dying out is the teachers.I was failing irish in 1st year and when i got a new teacher in 2nd year i started to get some bit good at irish.

I'm actually quite fascinated with language. I'd like to go into a career somewhat involving it...>>

    - Well obviously English is my first language.
    - I've had 3 years of French classes so I'm pretty good in that.
    - My sister went to Italy but is now home for the summer and has been randomly speaking italian a lot, so I'm learning bits from her.
    - I know a few things about Japanese, mostly from Anime and Manga. I know like, sentence structure and basic concepts and a few words here and there from the few failed attempts I've made to teach myself.
    - Some German as well, as my mother knows it and my other sister took it in high school, they end up speaking it a lot and I end up picking up a few words.
