What do you think death will be like?

Will it be like we're asleep? Or will we live again in another life? Will we be able to feel? Or will we become like Nobodies and feel nothing?

Do we ever really die?

If not, then do we even live?

If we are to live other lives, what's not to say that we haven't died once before, but we can't remember it?

So, if we have died, and if we are living, when did we start to live?

When did the living start?

And when did the dying start?

And when will it all end?

 

I believe that the Soul leaves the body at death. So, for the body, it just..decays. As for the Soul, it searches the worlds for a new body to inhabit. It probly feel emotions, and probly feels...lonely..when it's searching the worlds....

I really don't know and I wan't it to be that way until I die.
It's a mystery of something you don't actually know until you do it.

 

i really dont want to think about death, i think about it too much as it is....

If you live your entire life fearing death, you might as well already be dead.

 

Logically it would be a void of nothingness. But being dead you wouldn't know that or anything else for that matter. 'Cause you'd be dead and have no higher brain functions that most of us currently enjoy. So yeah nothing you'd not know it and that's all folks.

 

Well considering I'm Christian, the soul leaves the body and goes to either heaven or hell.

 

I find discussions on topics like this to be trivial; I'll deal with death whenever it comes. Until then I'm just going to live, enjoy living to a maximum, and try to be the best person I can be. The only I have ever made clear is that when I die I don't want a sad funeral.

 

I will answer as honestly as I can: I have no fudging idea.

If heaven exists, I better go there. If I go to Hell, then all my ideals of goodness of man and helping out those in need goes down the toilet.

 

We go to Heaven, Hell, or Purgatory. End of story.

I don't fear death. But I want to know what I'm in for.

I don't believe in Heaven or Hell. So where do I go?

Maybe I'll just wonder, searching for new worlds :)

That'd be nice. To live out an adventure in Death.

 

When people say that they don't fear death, are they referring to the way that they'll die or just the passing itself? Hell I'm afraid to die. It reminds me that I'm still human, and of the people I care about. Plus I freaking love my life and living.

 

With the assumption that I feel like I've done everything I needed/wanted to do on this earth, I guess death's not so bad.

In a nutshell, I think death will be like passing out, except you'll never wake up.

 

The body dies, the soul lives.
When I read out of a book that some guy believes our souls have been everything below us in power before they reached being human (like a piece of grass that progressed to a tree, then the soul progressed to a cow ect ect) so when we die, the soul goes higher.

What do you think of that? I believed it.

 

People fear what they do not understand. It's standard.

I'll let you know when I die. There is no possible way of thinking about what you think it would be like.

But since you are asking... *musthroom breath* I honestly have no clue what I think it would be like. There are many possibilities.

 

Someone kill themselves, then visit a member here & tell them what death is like. :p

I suppose we all have to wait till we die to find out.

 

I'm not afraid how I die. In fact, I hope I die in an exciting way, like falling to my death (Call me crazy :P)

Pain is just a state of mind. You can chose to feel it, you can choose to ignore it.

I choose that pain doesn't exist.

So it doesn't bother me.

But pain...actually feels nice. I'd never inflict it on myself, but if I get cut, or get a brusie or whatever, I like the feel of pain.

It's sort of a reminder that I'm still alive.

I'm just going to miss it when I die...

I think death will be like a pitch dark room with a small light in the middle of the room.There will be no noise it would just be silent.
