What are your motives?

I have no motivation. And that's my honest answer.

 

Basically my family. Honestly, my friends aren't really my motives due to the fact something always ends up happening that ruins my friendship with someone and I somehow get caught in whatever caused it even though I wasn't supposed to be part of it.

The main person that can be my motive is my grandfather. When I was younger, I always had bad grades and he pushed me, telling I need to improve and how he wants to see my graduate high school, college, get a good job that I love. And because of him, I do push myself. I try my best because I want to make him proud of me. But of course, not only him but also my parents, grandmother, brothers and my aunt.

I basically just push myself to show him that he could and will see my graduate high school, college and hopefully get a good job.​

 

I want to find a reason to why I'm here, why all of life is here. I want to prove others wrong about me: that I'm not just some kid with dreams. I've got a goal, but I can't figure out a reason... I'm striving to be the best I can, and I can always get better!

 

I pray a job satisfies you..

 

If anything, the future and the people in my future motivate me. Just thinking about what I could become and who I will meet.
My family help me get where I need to go and do what I need to do sometimes, but (depending on what the circumstances are) I don't think "I'm doing this for my family/friends". I usually think "I'm doing this for me", in a non-self-centered way, if that makes sense.

 

My motivation probably comes from my sister. She was dealt a poor hand in life- she is severely disabled and has a lot of health problems, but she just does the best with what she has and doesn't complain. Whenever I'm feeling angry, upset and hard done by, I remember just how fortunate I am just to be able to live a healthy life and make friends with wonderful people.

I guess that mine comes from my parents :)

they always encourage me to do whatever I try :D

so i try to do the same for them :)

 

My motives are to make sure that I get well, that evil corporations like insurance companies who don't give a damn about those they hurt finacially get what they deserve in court, but overall remain optimistic that good will always prevail through hard work, support in your corner and that drive never to give up no matter what anyone thinks, does or says.
