Welp, there goes Megaupload

Everyone on this forum would be sent to jail. Which only makes the possibility of this bill passing seem more slim. What are they gonna do throw us all in jail?

 

Well, if the PIPA bill does pass, that's basically what would happen. If you're found using songs for things like AMVs or whatever, it's 5 years in jail for you. Although I think that's really rediculous. How many people would end up in jail? They should at least shorten the time if they're seriously going to try something like that

 

The ****** economy would collapse on itself. It won't happen.

 

This whole things makes me unhappy. I'm gonna go kill some things.

Actually, I'd probably use a keyblade to unlock all the websites that were blocked by the government so we could go back to the fun places

I was referring to more illegal stuff that I have done involving file share websites. You should be fine.

 

There's already complaints of overcrowding in the prisons and the politicians decide it's a good idea to send kids making anime AMVs with bubblegum pop songs to prison along with the rapists/pedophiles/murderers/whatever else?

And I really don't think Juvie is that important for something like that. If it's that bad, just put me under house arrest with some sort of guard so they make sure I don't do anything. Not that I would anyways

 

...you can always annoy the hell out of the guard or traumatized them...

It's all about corporate interest. It's wrong, but they know what they're doing. Trying to help the big business, which means more campaign donations. It's actually a pretty smart way to benefit themselves.
