At least I think it is. Last time I pinged, I think it was in Canada. I may be wrong, but it wouldn't cost much to change the location of the site, and I believe it would be done, seeing how this is actually a source of income.

EDIT: Hm, this was a while ago. It seems that it is now located in LA.
