Welcome to "The World"

He nodded in reply as he heard Requard's name and spoke. "It's Vahn, how about a team up?" He asked Requard as another oen fo the mosnter came in to attack the two and he turned around just in time to slash the monsters body and send it back, wounded as he stood back to back with Requard

 

"Sounds good to me." he said, slashing at a monster nearby.

 

Vahn nodded as he attacked another nearby monster. with side slashes before turning around and bringing the sword down on the creature, killing it as his PC gainined some expereince points in the process.

 

He kept on slashing the monsters, eventually killing some of them.

 

" Maybe we can look for rare items and sell them for high prices?" Eden was talking to herself.

" Hey! Hajime! Let's look for a rare item! And how about finding the Key of The Twilight I heard about!!! I would like to see it!" Sakura was off in her world again.

 

WHile distracted with monsters, death lunged forward, as he started sending rapid punches at Requard as he was now distracted. "****" he muttered behind his computer screen, knew that he would have to finish Requard off soon

 

"'The Key of the Twilight'?" Hajime asked. "It's sounds like something from that poem, Epitaph of the Twilight, I think."

 

" I heard really strange stories about The Key of The Twilight. They say it can change the laws of the game... I think." Sakura sighed.

 

"Sounds like a hacking device to me," Hajime said.

 

" It's not even a hacking device! It's not a program in The World, but it's part of The World!" Sakura was all giddy.

 

"Do the creators of 'The World' even know about it?" Hajime asked.

 

" Yeah, they know, but they didn't create it. The key also has a lot to do with a Vagrant AI." Sakura said.

 

Dark-Hopa started to notice the monsters and attacked.

 

Requard saw him coming and blocked his attacks.

 

He let out a sigh, only seeing the odds piling against him, the total opposite of what he was trying to accomplish. he then started attacking Requard again, non stop this time, trying to prevent him from gaining any chance to attack

 

Requard dodged and blocked his attacks.

 

As death was doing non-stop attacks and all Requard coudl do was eitehr avoid gettign hit or block as the monster's numbers decreased greatly thanks to Dark-Hopa arriving and Vahn changed course as he ran towards Requard and Death and thrust his sword inbetween them as it blocked death's punch.

"It's best if you retreat now, it's 3 to 1 and the odds don't exactly tip in your favour now." he said to death with a clear tone of voice filled with confidence and warning.

 

Death grinned when he saw Vahn. "Hate to say it, but unlike the other pk's, I still have a bit of pride. Don't include me with those other cowards" he said, as he jumped back away from Vahn. "Even if it is 3 against 1, I still have to try, right? Godda finish what I started"

 

"You're an idiot." he said. "Any smart person would run!"

 

"Well you fought with Requard for a bt and I can guess your sp is running low, but I'm fresh on SP, so we'll give you one more chance, leave now or we'll PK you." He pointed his sword at Death in a serious tone of voice, making his point.
