The main difference is that if you slow time down and attack we cat still react. not as well, but we can. If you stop time then there is absolutely nothing we can do.

OCC : i use to and that sound good it lets xambala use his time ability and it makes it a lot more fair so does that work for everybody and yes Xambala must connect the hit before he can do the ability

but wouldnt that send you and the victum into a time zone together? thats not much of a change....... however what if the time power can DRAIN you instead? like say your going to get hit, but you stop time, the time power can slowly drain you leaving you UNABLE to attack but getting away instead....
