Axel felt himself tumble, but he had easily caught himself. He paused a small bit watching Demyx just leaning against his sitar. "I am not going to do that until you show yours," was the reply as he charged forward and lifted one of his chakram, it looked like he was going to slice Demyx, but instead it caught on Demyx's cloak and as the flurry swung back the chakram Demyx fell onto the hard ground in the opposite direction. Axel turned on his heel and began battering his chakrams at him like a melee fighter.

 

Hikari: *stops eating it* that's an impossible power. i've tried the wisest of keybladers in the underworld just to get Hoshi back so she would stop crying. all of them lost their guardians helping Hoshi out. Hoshi is a world guardian who chose Yami to be her person. it's hard to revive a world guardian.
Yami: Hikari took the words out of my mouth. but not only did she try keybladers. she tried sorcerers and even her own guardian.
Hikari: *looks down* i may have said i didn't have my own guardian. but i didn't say i didn't have one.

 

'hmm....' looks through his portal and wonders who is going to win "intrigueing...." drinks wine

 

He got up from the ground and shook his head. "But Axel you're the one with the hot temper. Something always starts fire and then water has to put it out," he watched the movements of his chakrams. Feeling his cloak it was ripped a tiny bit. Walking towards him, he then ran and then stopped in front of the flurry. "Maybe if water makes you mad, fire will show itself," with the twirl of his wrist, he whipped it around with the blades showing slicing through Axel's cloak as well. "Well you can't blame me for returning the favor. These cloaks are valuable to us remember?" He stood back holding his guard. "Besides Axel he answered in a easy going manner. "I don't want to extinguish you yet. Fire hasn't made water into a monsoon or a huge tidal wave has it?"

 

Axel just simply glared a bit at the tear in his cloak. Even though he was an vain nobody the flurry wasn't going to fall for Demyx's trick. He seemed almost amused with him. "So you do wish to extiguish my existance then? Figures," He placed his head down for a second and then raised it up. "You are going to do alot better than that water to make me release my fire," he teased his chakrams still charging at Demyx as the chakram caught itself in Demyx's hood and began wrapping him toward him and forcing him with eye contact. "Which is more important to you friendship or the boss's loyaty?" He whispered as the chakram unraveled itself a small bit as the the flurry kicked him hard in the stomach and then let go watching the sitar player roll around in dizziness. He kept his guard up observing his movements.

 

Demyx felt the blow clutching his stomach not expecting Axel to pull off some cheap sneaky trip. Regaining his balance his vision came into view of the red haired fighter. "You want to try that again? Be my guest," he waved him forward in a teasing manner. "I don't have to answer that question for you will always be my friend and my superior, but I also remain loyal to the boss. I have never once betrayed him now have I?" he placed his hand on his hip and leaned on his sitar for support. "So is fire being a coward and afraid to get wet?" he teased. If Axel was going to play games with him then he would return the favor. "Oh come on Axel. We all know who is going to win this fight? You obviously since you happen to be a better fighter than me, but I do know your main weakness to my power that and that happens to be... "DANCE WATER DANCE!" he jumped into the air, and played rapidly upon the strings of his sitar the water clones of himself attacking Axel. "Now you have no choice, but to reveal your flames fire wielder for fire can only put them all out quickly before they cause you to drown," fifty clones surrounded the eighth member as he kept playing bringing more to come forth doubling the number.

 

Axel eyed the clones sharply in each direction and relented to bring his fire out, but now he had no choice. "Why are you forcing me to fight like this? I only don't want to get eliminated by the judge that is the only reason I kicked you. Besides it brought out your water didn't it?" He smiled a bit as he took a deep breath evading and zig zagging the many clones that were attacking him his chakrams now sparking with the flames licking at the pointy ends of them. He sprung forward and evapated them all in a few minutes. His chakrams flashing dangerously as sparks of fire began to surround the clones, following the remaining ones within a trail and dissipating them as they soon became nothing, but steam. "Sure, I am a better fighter than you Demyx, but you forget one little thing. The only way I can win is if you forfeit, or I do a better round than you," He then spread his arms up as he was anticipating his known move. His fire wall, immediately the arena began to elevate with fire cutting them from any escape and the fire grew higher as it tensifted Axel's anger.

 

Hikari: but that shouldn't stop you from watching the match Yami-Sama.
Yami: I know. but it's hard to think about.
Hikari: *gives her icecream* you just miss your boyfriend. Deal.

 

ooc: since I'm not interacting with anyone I won't need a recap...

 

Demyx gazed at the fire chakrams that had destroyed his clones within a few minutes. Axel was not playing around and he meant business especially when his fire was revealed. The flames flickered higher into the air as the fire wall was now present creating an uncomfortable environment for the water wielder. It was becoming hot by the moment and the only way to cool it down would to be to summon his own element besides his clones. Playing a short interlude, his element was being manipulated as it rose into water columns spiraling about. The ground shook as well, producing jets of streams of pressurized water. Jumping to the other end of the areana or the fighting circle, he called out with his voice loud and clear for everyone especially Axel to hear. "WATER!" After his command, the water came blasting at Axel like a pressurized heavy powered fire hose preparing to take massive damage. If it could crumble a wall, then fire would be out within seconds.

 

Xeol watched the fight it was interesting but then again hard to watch cause Axel and Demyx are like brothers to each other. The fog wielder knew it was gona be a hard match ether way for him cause his two choices was fire or water. Xeol looked at Amber while she watched the match "if i win Amber you will be alive again but i wont be there with you" he said to himself then turned his attention back to the match. "Axel Demyx when your alive with her will you protect her for me" he thought to himself as he watched the match rage on.

Amber been noticing how much Xeol been silent as if he was thinking of an difficult decision that could never be changed one it was made. She did not if the question should be asked so she payed attention to the match. "Leo what are you thinking about" she said to herself as she watched the match.

 

Axel eyed the kind of situation as he was in backing away from the water that was shooting out of the ground. Eyes narrowed as he raised his hands so that the fire was even higher even if it came crashing down on him, he would have some sort of protection. The warmth of the fire began to evaporate the water somewhat as the fire wielder felt the steam coming off of him. The fire began to separate from its fiery ring or wall and advance forward towards the glushing water jets the higher pressure itself seem to slow it down. As the sparks from the fire shot out in each direction. Axel quickly caught up to where Demyx was and concentrated on manipulating the fire to fly in his direction rapidly much like a fire storm. Water was shooting up from the ground, but there was a reason why Demyx had jumped towards the other side. He was vulnerable over there and the fire dancer would take advantage of it. Zooming towards him he snapped his fingers as some fire balls were now present in the arena and he let them fly towards the sitar player the small sparks burning him. "BURN BABY!" He flung his chakrams out nearly at the same time.

 

Ryxan examined the water hose nobody and candle boy fighting.
They seem all very loud, rowdy people...quite angry too...he thought, as he sat down to his seat.
So I'm against Hikari...I won't win anything, though, since my somebody isn't worthy...definately not...but I'm not angry...no...as I thought before, I don't even know what rage is.

 

Larxene grinned. "GO DEMYX!" She laughed, clapping. "GO AXEL!" She laughed.

Marluxia smiled, watching the fight with great curiosity. He wanted both to win... but certainly wanted Demyx to ge thurt. Flirtacious bastard.

BIC: Braxen watched the fight, still in his ceremonial armor, Kexant standing at his side. "remember," he yelled "you can request a.... change in battle condition, but if it applies to one, it applies to the other." he said

OOC: this is to keep the finals interesting, like having them swap elements/weapons, give them no elements, have them not be able to change the battle arena etc. use your imagination xD

In a swift motion, Gex broke his arm till two jagged bones pierced his skin. Smiling, the maniac charged at his closest friend, ready to end the dispute.

 

Mixt flipped his sword to hold it backwards and slashed upwards at Legion.

 

dodging the move, gex caught it between his exposed bones and twisted it out of his opponent's hands.

 

Well if I have no match then what's the use of staying here? Dexnail said I'd have a match against Hikari.
