I really want to see if we could cover a song a I suggest for whenever the polls for regular songs go back up.

I've gotten addicted to D.Gray-man and Nea XD

I agree with this.

I also think we should do certain types of songs to commemorate certain events. Maybe a KH release date anniversary, maybe if someone's birthday is coming up we let them make a list of three songs to pick from, just to mix things up a bit.

Nice, slow-ish, emotional song. Haven't really done many of these (if any) in the chorus aside from that "all i want for christmas is you", so consider it yeah? XD

I love this songs, always sing them when playing, I enjoy them a lot.

 

Do you mean Under the Sea for the third one? I'm pretty sure that's the only song missing from that list.

 

Alright, ive got a suggestion, it might be an idea that we do a system of songs that the chorus performs.

We could do a popular song from the list, then a Disney song, then go back in on itself. I mean we have enough Disney songs that we could possibly do so we wouldn't run out of them, and considering we're a KH site where Disney is a main element of the games it's relevant to what we do. Other songs would be great to do, but I think that we should stick to our source more.

Besides, Disney songs are awesome! : )

I agree with Dr. Doctor. Musics we want to sing is something we will enjoy more, plus there is Disney songs, they're awesome! =D

Like, A Whole New World (Aladdin), or I'm on my Way (The Bear Brother)... there are many Disney's movies which bring us a lot of great musics, the musics we all love to hear! =]

The way it works now (or will after Christmas stuff) is like this:

> Poll goes up with 7-8 of the songs at the top of the pending list.
> We do the first popular choice, then we do the second place.
> Then, we'll do a random song from the list (not the poll) to give less-popular songs a fairer chance (and also mix around the pending list a bit).

So we'll have three songs in progress at a time.
So that's three weeks.

We'll eventually record Happy Birthday or something generic just because and mix things around with more ideas.

Then we'll have another voting session and repeat.

I think what he's suggesting is that it go like this.

> Poll goes up as usual.
> We do the popular song.
> Then we do a Disney song.
> Then we do second choice.

? Correct me if I'm wrong.
But yeah, opinions please.

Sanctuary is a great music of Utada Hikaru that is played in Kingdom Hearts as well.

Ok, more like this, now that i've revised it in my head.
1) Put a poll up of popular songs, vote, do the top song (then second place as well, if you want)
2) Put a poll up of ONLY Disney/Final Fantasy/Kingdom Hearts songs, vote, do only the top winner (or second as well, your choice)
3) Repeat from step 1
4) Add in special event songs and polls for holidays and themes that Jayn permits.

Mainly, I was thinking since this is the KHV Chorus, then we should have some kind of KH/Disney/Final Fantasy consistency to us, otherwise we aren't that unique compared to any other forum doing something like this (however, I doubt forum chorus' are common). Plus I know that those songs are fairly popular and enjoyable for people who take part, so yeah. Just putting it forward.

 

If anyone has anything else to say about PaW's suggestion, PLEASE DO SO NOW.

Going to post Auld Lang Syne at some point. I mean, it has to be done by the 1st. Which means we'll have less than a week to do it when I do post it. I'm just confused. Halp. ;_;

Fearless didn't provide a version to sing, so I don't know. Also looked up instrumentals and...eh. Uh. Yeah. Anyway. Trying to figure this out. The song pretty much says the same thing over and over. And I'm not sure what to do about the lyrics. There's like...Traditional, and modern.

Eh...I don't like the idea of doing "Popular" songs, I like the way we've been doing it where we just do fun/internet songs. KHV sings Lady Gaga? No thanks. I do like the idea of a KH/Disney consistency though.
