Why was it banned?

 

I said I wasn't sure, but according to the comments it is banned. I don't really know why it was, but it's probably because of the racist caricature. But it doesn't seem all that extreme, in comparison to the others I've seen.

Most banned early 1900's animations are because of racist humor and stereotypical racist caricatures. Overlooking this though, there are some really neat animations despite the stereotypical depiction, which are unfortunately banned.
