Vampires vs. Werewolves.

I got this idea from the Twilight series, where vampires and werewolves are enemies. But this has nothing else to do with that series.

Story-
Vampires and werewolves have been enemies for centuries, fighting small battles here and there. Now it's turned into an all-out war. The small battles have gotten bigger, and whole towns are being destroyed. Humans are starting to notice their existance, but have no idea what's going on. Each side has taken a few casualties, but neither side will back down. This war will end once there is only one side remaining. Vampire or werewolf, which side are you on?

Rules-
-No god modding
-No killing other people's characters without permission
-Keep swearing to a minimum
-Only three characters per person
-Humans are allowed, but not recommended
-Half-breeds are not allowed, aka no Vampire werewolves
-Special powers are not allowed, aka no controlling fire, teleporting, or anything like that, just strength and speed
-No weapons, unless you are a human

Vampires:
They can come out in the day, but the sunlight hurts them. They are fine on cloudy days, or in the shade. They do not die in sunlight, they are just in horrible pain wherever the sunlight touches them. They do not have to kill when they feed, but most do just so they aren't found out. Garlic and crosses do nothing to them and their skin is too hard for a steak to go through. A bullet would leave a painful bruise, like if you were to wear bullet-proof armor. A sword would just scratch their skin. As for feeding, it depends on the vampire. It could be every day, week, or even month. But usually every week or two. Pretty much the only way to kill a vampire is from a werewolf or another vampire tearing it to pieces.

Werewolves:
Silver does nothing to them. Same with shaving them. They can transform at will. They comunicate to eachother like normal wolves, howling and barking and growling. They are slightly bigger than normal wolves when transformed, and are just as smart as when they are in their human forms. Also, they heal faster in their wolf form. Their skin is like normal human or wolfs skin, which means they can be shot or cut. They don't need to take off their clothes to transform, the clothes transform with them.

The two races do not usually attack him. His main ability is to negotiate. His ability to reason is superb, and has kept him alive.

Other:He knows of Vampires and Werewolf because as a young man a vampire and Werewolf were fighting and the vampire killed his parents and he found friends with the werewolf until he died in another battle years after.Always carries two giant black chakrams(weapons that Axel uses) that are connected to him by black chains.hHe knows how to defend himself without his weapons.His Chakrams are reinforced and empregnated with dragon plasma from python venom to increace damage done to vampires.He knows survival techniques incase he finds himself in the wilderness.When he gets into battles his eye's change from dark blue to sharp white which is a result of his anger.He always wears a look of darkness.
