    ...Whoa. I don't think I ever would've guessed this would happen.

    It's almost kind of weird. In US-centric media and even education, you keep hearing about how the US and Cuba are bitter enemies (well, maybe that's a little hyperbolic, but still), and now that's changing. Wow.

    I find this news truly amazing. I've always wanted to visit Cuba, but with the whole embargo thing, I didn't think I'd ever live to see the day that happens. But it looks like that's all about to change! And a bit overdue if you ask me. I really think it's time to forgive and forget, and just move on to improving relations between the two countries.
