Hello everyone.....so...today at teh pool...we were learning how to do butterfly....so....I was about to go and swim to the other side of the pool.....but then I got a leg cramp in my right leg in the area of my gastroc nemius....(it's the muscle behind your shin.......I think....well....it was the area behind my shin).......so......I couldn't move.......and it hurt......and then just as it started to stop hurting and I was ready to go to the other side.....what happens?.....my left foot gets a cramp......

P.S.....Kairi....get yourself to the Soiree....you too kiburedo....especially since you missed a lot....
