The censorship is pretty hilarious to be honest.

I didn't even hear half of the dialogue in the last 10 minutes because of the censorship. XD

Stick with the manga, the anime only lasts 12 eps.

 

I just want DBz and kenshin back

Toonmi can't get DBZ back due to a low budget and due to the fact that the GT is airing on Nicktoons.
The budget problem is probably what stopped them from acquiring Kenshin, if that was ever one of their options.

 

But they aired DBZ on April fools and Gohan PWND Cell

 

The only reason why they were able to use those episodes were if they would advertise the dvds, which they did. As of right now, dbz would cost Toonami an arm and a leg to get it and I really don't see that happening.

I wish they would get rid of the AS logo for one thing. It just bothers me. Makes me feel like this isn't legit toonami.

 

I don't see why we're still talking about DBZ. It is a subpar series in every way and Toonami is well rid of it. I'd take G Gundam or Tenchi Muyo over it at this point.

Also, yeah. I would prefer they try to keep toonami a little more self contained.

 

I would have to agree, dbz had its time. Let other ridiculously long shows have their due.
...except Bleach, it's going to crash and burn...and not in the glorious kind of way...

That commercial made me remember how ****ing awesome Tom was. And yeah bleach is gonna crash and burn. That and Naruto are two shows that are just long and drawn out far beyond the point of no return.

 

You have impeccable taste. I loved both of those shows.

They could stand to bring back Trigun, too, but I doubt that would happen...

And Toonami is basically over so I'm off.

 

If I remember correctly, that body got destroyed in a trash compactor for reason just before the mind got uploaded into T.O.M. 4.0. They're all the same guy, just different bodies.

Wait, that was 4.0? Hmm. Then which one got destroyed before him? And yes, I know it was 3.0. But I don't remember what 3.0 looked like.

 

Adultswim is using Tom 3.

which is why they should be using tom3. if it was destoryed, he shouldnt be hosting. also tom4 is my personal favorite incarnation.

 

Really? I looked it up and it's saying that they're using Tom 3.5, which is basically 3.0 in HD. Meh, same difference. Maybe 3.0 was his favorite body, hence why he had it rebuilt and revamped for his glorious return.

 

There's censorship despite the show airing that late? Oh America...
