    Kinda makes you wonder why adults would even be playing on children rides. Isn't there a sign or something that's actually supposed to prevent something like this?

    Exactly, if past mistakes aren't learned from they are doomed to be repeated. There should at least be an investigation. But I don't think it needs to be a criminal investigation, although considering the culture we live in today the parents are almost more likely to head straight to their solicitors office than the hospital/morgue.
