Oh, that is easy then. Throw a grenade near his mouth on one side and then shoot him with a poison dart on the other. Or shoot him very quickly from one direction and then the other. You did not specify how close to his mouth it needed to be.

Best possible option is have him try to eat a black hole. No matter how you word it, it is impossible to 'destroy' a black hole. It just grows bigger.
