Things you didn't realise/notice on your first playthrough

I love little trivia things like this :)

Is there any cool little details, secrets or just cool tidbits you almost missed or didn't notice at first?

For me, a major one was that you could freeze the bubbles at Hollow Bastion to make platforms to get up to the chests. I spent hours trying to get to those chests I could see up there, mainly thinking it was some secret arrangement of the sliding walls puzzle below. When I finally figured it out and got up there and opened the chest...It wouldn't let me have the gummi part. I'd already got the 99 puppies reward :( :( :(

(I tried to sell all the gummi parts I owned just so I could get the chests and I ended up with a flying cockpit with a single gun as a gummi ship. And still couldn't get the chest because Cid wouldn't let me sell the rare pieces)

Also the guy who gets his heart stolen in Traverse town appears briefly in Agrabah as an recoloured NPC, made to look Middle Eastern and with Agrabah clothes.

Yeah, I was so happy right up until I saw it was just a Gummi Block

 

Also, I don't think you noticed, but around the area Cid is standing, the guy who gets his heart stolen is just standing there, and you can talk to him.

 

Also the same guy is working the store when Cid becomes the Gummi part salesman. Seriously how many identical kids did that mother have and how did she tell them apart?

 

I know right?!? I bet theres some logical explanation for this, but the theory that they're all related to each other is so much more interesting.

 

He even says if you have already seen him before,

 

"PLOT TWIST" hes a nobody >.> lol

 

... What Diabolical power will he have!?!?!?!!?

 

When replaying KH for the third time, I noticed that you can obtain some prizes if you sit on the chairs on tea party garden using reaction commands.

 

Yeah, those were fun ... when You won and when You lost

 

Oh yeah I remember that bit! Another thing is when you go to Traverse town and stand on the scales it shows Sora's weight.

Yeah doesn't he mention something about 'that must be my brother'? Maybe I'm imagining that haha. Must replay now to find out :1 And I didn't notice that you don't get any chests with Puppies in at Atlantica (for obvious reasons) until I read this Awkward Zombie comic

He doesn't explain anything but he asks if you have already seen him. And there is another identical guy near the door for the third district in the first district

 

Didn't know until a couple years ago that pressing triangle alerted Donald and Goofy.

 

I didn't know that until about a month ago.
And I only realized a few weeks ago that there are multiple paths in the Jungle Slider minigame. I ended up going through a tunnel and coming out inside the Waterfall Cave.

All these facts are really interesting.

 

Now that I'm replaying RE:CoM I noticed that, when Sora talks to Aerith, she could be Naminè in reality

 

Yeah, that makes sense considering that only he saw her when they were talking and the fact she vanished the instant that Donald and Goofy turned around

 

In my original playthrough of KH1 when I was very young, I pretty much never accessed the in-game menu at all. This means I never equipped anything or changed Keyblades. I really have no idea how I managed to beat the game.
