OOC:Gaaaaaaah, Riku should be saying something to protest all of this but Light-chan isn't on, dammit.
BIC:"Okay...."Asuki wiped her eyes with the back of her hand and got up, sniffling a bit.

"QUIET!"Xikari snarled, the vines wrapping around Ashirs mouth to provent him from talking. "Now, which one of you two should I kill first...."Xikari pointed the sword, varying from Ashir to Riku. Sora whimpered, not sure of what to do...

 

"If you dare touch a single hair on Sora I will kill you, do you understand!?" Riku finally snapped, unable to stand it any longer. He had been trying to hold his tongue, hoping Sora would just allow him to be sacrificed for them so he wouldn't get hurt. Then again, he knew by now Sora wouldn't do that. He couldn't bear the sight of Ashir getting hurt either.

"Take my heart for all I care! But release them! I was supposed to be the true bearer of the keyblade until I chose the darkness! Do not take Ashir or Sora! DO you hear me!? Don't you dare hurt them!" Riku shouted, trying to break free.

Bella opened her eyes, feeling a little uneasy. She glanced at Exel, wondering what the feeling was. She frowned. "Oi, what do you think the others are doing?"

 

Xikari looked at Riku. "Oh.... In that case, we can't risk some tiny little mistakes getting in the way before taking your heart..."she smirked and pointed her sword at Rikus stomach. "Xikari, wait! Its me you want for your revenge.... I'm the one you want, not them... just don't hurt them..."Sora frowned. Xikari gave a sly smile... "I'm glad you see it my way..."With that the vines released Sora. "Just... give me a second...."Sora took off his pendant that let him talk to Ventus and put it around Rikus neck. "I'll be fine... promise..."he smiled.

Xikari summoned the keyblade that Riku had back when he was under possesion of Xehanorts Heartless. Sora gave a small breath and shut his eyes tight as Xikari launched the dark keyblade at his chest, the vines releasing Riku and Ashir.


OOC: Don't worry, no keyblade weilders were killed in this scene. Sora's coming back!XD

 

"No!" Riku yelled as he ran as fast as he could, adrenaline running through his veins. Memories of Sora flashed before his eyes. Sora smiling.. laughing.. crying.. The thought of never seeing that adorable face break into that charming grin.. Riku would have preferred to not live than to have that happen.

Without a heart.. The organization, how did they deal with it? How could they still act like they had one? The drive to have one again, made him understood how valuable his was. Not like he would miss it anyway. Sora had his heart all along.

Unfortunately, he knew he couldn't reach in time. The blade was already about to pierce his flesh once Riku could move again. No, he wasn't running towards Sora, but Xikari. If there was anyone that deserved to die right now, it was her. Their children would know their other parent had been avenged. They wouldn't go through the horror of getting revenge on the person who had turned their parent into a heartless. Riku would get that satisfaction all to himself as he raised his blade above his head, and aimed at Xikari's head.

 

Xikari with her quick reflexes resummoned her blade and managed to block Rikus attack. "So you wish to join your love, huh?! Well, I was going to make you joing him anyway!"she laughed, starting to counter attack Rikus keyblade while also trying to land a few attacks on her own.

Meanwhile Sora was starting to fade away, finnaly his body dissapeared in an array of golden glitter floating to the sky... The next thing he knew he was floating in darkness, unconcious. Not again....The darkness....

Asuki could sense the danger and fought back tears. Ohhh, promise, shmomise! I'm saving Papa!She picked up the pace, determined.

 

Riku tried blocking her attacks the best he could, his mind focused only on slaying Xikari. Still, his hands shook and he winced as his lack of concentration allowed her to injure him. Still, his skill wasn't so deteriorated he couldn't block many of her attacks and even sneak in a few.

 

*blinks* well I'm pretty sure they're in trouble right now. They're always the sort to do that. *purrs and scratches behind the ears* but I'm sure they're fine. They can't die leaving us to take care of their children. But if you feel uneasy about it, I can wait here with the children and you can check. You Are more acquainted with them than me.

 

Xikari kept up her blocks, noticing Rikus weaker skills and smirked. As she blocked one of Rikus attacks, she summoned another sharp blade and struck it towards Rikus stomach. It wasn't going to be fatal, but it was going to injure him enough to give her enough time to escape and rethink her plans.

 

"Nah," Bella muttered and cuddled up to him, "I'm sure they're fine. Its Riku and Sora we're talking about. They're experts at getting out of trouble. I'm sure they're in no harm at all..."

Riku coughed, the pain in his stomach overwhelming, the taste of iron in his mouth. He took a couple steps back and fell to his knees, holding on to his injured stomach. He tried to stand, the thought of Sora still in his mind, but his body prevented him from doing so. Death wouldn't meet him tonight but he certainly needed a medic.

 

yea. *purrs and rubs her head and the other arm to hold her against him close*

 

Xikari smirked at herself. She made sure the wounds in Riku wouldn't be fatal to him, but the baby was in alot of danger. She took the chance to make her escape, disapearing in a dark portal. Ven finnaly snapped out of his trance after Sora's heart was taken and realized what was going on. 'Riku! Sora, do som-....Sora...?'He finnaly realized he wasn't talking to who he usually conversed with.

Asuki came to the scene and gasped. "Daddy!"she went over to Riku, concerned. She knew that Riku couldn't see her, but she had to do something. "Oh... what was that spell Papa showed me..."she bopped her head, trying to remember.

 

Good night. ^^ *purrs*

 

The woman looked at Riku, sighing. "I know you can't see me, but I can do this." Placing her gloved hands on the wound, she started healing all the damage she could.
Ashir was just very scared, wipiing his eyes.

 

Asuki was scared, worried about the baby the most. Even with the injuries healed on the outside she didn't know if the baby would live or die. "Please, please...."she whispered, hoping for the positive outcome. She didn't even noticed a Shadow slowly approaching them.

 

The woman did all she could to keep the soul in the baby's body, and healing the unseen wounds. She smiled lightly, kissing his forehead as a mother would a child, of course, he could only feel it, not see it. "My little fighter, everything will turn outt fine."
Ashir noticed the heartless, growling at it, standing around Riku to protect him.

 

The heartless carefully approached, going over to Riku. Asuki knew Riku couldn't see her, but she placed her head on Rikus stomach, smiling as she heard the heartbeat of the baby. Ven smiled at the scene, but was worried about Sora as well.

The woman finished her job, and went on guard duty with Ashir, eying the Shadow carefully.

 

Riku sighed as he felt the pain ebbing away, his worries of the child now almost gone. He placed a hand on his stomach, knowing the wounds were healed and his child was safe for now. Although how, he couldn't fathom. His eyes flickered to Sora, who he knew was now a shadow. He couldn't stop Xikari from taking his heart, not even stop her from escaping her punishment....

"Thank you," he murmured to the unseen forces, "Whoever you are, angel or human, thank you.."

He suddenly remembered a voice had spoken to him in his head. FOr a second, he thought he might have lost too much blood or something. But then again.. I'm not Sora, its Riku. WHo are you? Are you the one that healed me?

Bella whined and smiled, her tail waving lazily.

 

The woman chuckled, hugging Riku. "I healed you. Not Ven. You remember who I am, yeah?"
