    Jojo's is my Favorite manga ever >_<! So YES I am watching! But I am kind sad with the animation the colors the movement all is too low budget, like a anime from the 60's or 70's...
    The theme is awesome x)!

    The problem is that the first saga is a huge melodrama like a mexican soap-opera... but if you stick with it you will love it! The vampires, the STANDS >_<!

    Retro style? Of course, that's what they were going for. The bright colours and the onamatopeia fit Jojo perfectly.
    Low budget? Hardly.

    That's why.

    Not a manga fan. At all. Anime only boss. Not an otaku, I just like animation and dramatic over-tones and anime is the best place to get that.

    It had an OVA and several video games.

    Keep in mind that there's A LOT you're missing out on with that mindset but hey whatever.
    Now go watch Jojo and pray to god they get to atleast Part 2.
