The Z Team

OOC: I want to say Nine in the afternoon, xD But that's not really a time. So another character can answer Cx

 

Looking at Zazabi, Emzy nodded her head slowly. “Good to know then.†Clicking her tongue, the redhead rolled up the sleeve of her back jumper and checked the time. It would probably be less than an hour now. Eh, maybe less if they actually hurried their asses up. First day on the job, and the guy who can hardly speak their language turns up before them.
Well, that says something about punctuality.
“If they hurry up, the others should probably be here within half an hour.†She replied to his question in a monotonic tone of voice. Why was he asking this? He should consider himself lucky that he wasn’t thrown straight into a mission, as that is when things get messy.
Changing the subject back to films, emzy looked at Zazabi with a smirk. Her smirk was slightly patronizing, but friendlier than her glare nonetheless.
“You know what would make me instantly like you, Zaza-whatshisface? If you could make bikes fly. You know, like ET? Have you ever watched that film? It is great. Apart from the fact that ET himself looks like a wrinkled prune, I suppose it’s all good.â€

 

Halezy crossed her arms and waited for them to finish.
Although Zazabi looked like he was handling their petty immature nature well,she didn't want everyone to make him the typical "new guy"
"Well aren't we all so funny?"
She giggled to herself,smiling at Emzy to reassure that she had crossed the fine line,although there was no need for an argument.
"We should probably head back to HQ.I'm sure we can discuss more of the new members there."
She looked over the current team,studying their faces.
"Less chance of eavedroppers."
She had met some members of the squad to keep the others away,since that didn't work...Might as well include them.

 

Spaze raised an eyebrow to what Zazabi said to her. He too was glad he didn't have that many arms...so other aliens did? She decided to ignore asking him that and she looked to Zoft reading a comic book...again. Was he fond of those? Spaze popped a bubble from the gum she chewed on and moved closer to Zoft to see what he was reading. "Is that Spiderman or something?"

 

"Gah...!" Zoft looked at Spaze and quickly closed the comic. "Dammit, Spaze, you shouldn't sneak up on people who are reading... eh... literature." Zoft said with wide open eyes.

hmm... What am I going to do... show her?? he said in himself.

"Well, I guess I could show you anyway. Since you've asked..." Zoft opened the comic book and revealed pages from which all the original boxes where cut out from, and being replaced by new ones, taped to the pages with.. tape. They were all of him, but also other people where in them. As you could see in the way the people look like in those pictures, they where really good friends.

What would her reaction be...? I sure hope I didn't make a fool out of myself... Zoft thought, slowly lowering his eyelids.

Halezy looked at Zoft and Spaze,smiling.
"You guys coming or not?"
I wish some people would listen to me,sometimes.
"Come on."

 

Not at all interested in meeting anymore new aliens, Zahara returned went back the way she came, locking herself in a her chamber and pulled out Sense & Sensibility by Jane Austen. Maybe if Emzy & a few others read it she might come to terms and accept the fact that we would be encounterring new aliens for a while and at least try to be as hospitable even though she was being prejudice.

Once again, Emzy wasn't the only one with doubts about these new aliens. Zahara knew they were extraterrestrial aliens, some having supernatural abilities that humans could not exactly match.

 

Zoft closed the comic book and put it in his back pocket. He seemed relieved, but also slightly dissappointed.

"Okay, okay, we're coming..." he said sarcasticly as he followed Halezy.

 

"Up, up, and awaaaaaay!" Emzy laughed, running up behind halezy and jumping on her back. "Come, my noble steed, we shall conquer this world!" Taking two loose grips on halezy's hair, she moved them in a whip-like motion. "Just the two of us, we can do it if we try! Just the two of us...lalalalala!" With a giggle, she let go and jumped down from her back, smiling to herself and spinning 360 degrees in a circle. "Lead the way, Halezy face."

 

"I wanna ride too!" Zeonark, appearing from nowhere, yelled out. "I wanna conquer the world!" He yelled more. He knew damn well that ruling the world was going to be a hell load of fun. Thanks to Halezy's referance, he found out about the Z team and found it interesting and thought they were going to go through cheesy adventures and mentioning friendship and other crap at the end.

OOC: Needed to find out how to jump in.

 

"Oh dear me."
She sigh-smiled at Emzy, "You are a crazy one."
Then turned to see Zeonark.
"Zeo!Zeo!Glad to see you've made it!"
She beemed at him,while waving.
"Team,this is Zeonark.He is the newest edition to the Z Team."
They studied him,and she continued; "Come along now,back to HQ."
As they followed Emzy and herself,she could hear Zeonark telling them all about how he joined the Z Team.

 

Zeonark, of course, took advantage of this and started bragging about himself along with his entry into the Z team. "So then I was like, "We can kick some major ass if I joined the group!" because, I can totally kick some major ass with Halezy." He thought it was funny appearantly.

 

She smiled back at him.
This is gonna be a long day.

While walking in the streets, she hoped the team would like them.
I mean, they are a pretty tough crowd.
"So, how are you liking the new guys?"
She asked Spaze,who was looking around, hardly listening to Zeonark.

 

"Literature, huh?" Spaze examined what she thought to be a comic book but it turned out Zoft only had pictures of himself and friends. And his eyes were wide open for a change...that was rare. She kept her attention on the pictures and noticed that other people could've only been good friends or people on the team. How come...she wasn't in one? Wasn't she friends with Zoft too?

"Oh, that's...nice." Spaze smiled lightly as she briskly walked away from his direction. After some time, Halezy asked her something. "The new guys? They seem okay...I would ask them a few questions, but I don't want it to seem like a interrogation or anything." She laughed nervously.

 

"Hm,I see what you're saying...I suppose if they're bad eggs,we'll find out won't we?"
Then after some silence added, "We always do."

 

Spaze nodded in agreement. "Yeah. Lets just hope there isn't anything bad about them." She popped another bubble from the gum in her mouth and added another piece before putting another wrapper in her pocket. "Want some?"

Ooc: I'm so slow...

 

Occ:It's fine,don't worry spazey.

"Yeah,thanks"
She took the gum from her and starting chewing on it.
Then popped a bubble.
"I can't help myself,but I'm a bit worried."

 

"I guess I'll have some gum too, if I may..." Zoft said with a smile and closed eyes.

He was a bit timid to explain the reason why he tore the images out of his pocket comic book only to replace them with pictures of him and other people.

 

Zene appeared behind Halezy. He had quietly snuck into the group, making sure know one had seen him. He was another noob, only this time he was just human. Keeping a steady pace with Halezy, and walking in a heel-toe fashion, he whispered into her ear.

"Silly how everybody hates the alien kid, isn't it?"
