What the heck no anime exclusives

 

well by "no anime exclusives" i mean that I dont want cards that are exclusive in the anime(do not exist in real life) to be used in the duel.
understand?

 

What The Heck?...I could've sworn we just went over this like just now in that last Duel...(About Anime Exclusives counting as Real Cards here and being different since they still exist)

that doesnt mean I agree. Lemme state right now that I absoloutely do NOT condone or support the use of anime-exclusives in the arena. They don't exist for a reason. anime only cards are usually created during the duel by writers who need the character to get out of a certain situation. usually, they break the game.

I guess if you really want i'll duel you, you'll just destroy me anyway :P

2. I don't know about about that. I'm kinda rusty myself. And you're a pretty strong Duelist too. You have more knowledge of the game than anyone else in My Arena does. I think you just might be able to beat me if you tried hard enough...

You'll be using a Spell-Caster Deck right? As for me, I'll just be using Elemental Heroes and Neo-Spacians as usual. But I may want to try out my Evil Hero Deck on someone later...

From the looks of it it seems we're both a bit impatient for a Duel right now...I've been practicing with WC2009 For The Nintendo DS and I've got a few new tricks up my sleeve! I suppose I could Duel you now.

Putting two spell counters on exemplar(total of 4) and sending cybernetic magician to my graveyard.


next, I activae Monster Reborn bringing him back to my field.


My magical exemplar now has six spell counters, so i'll activate her effect. I remove them all to special summon Chaos Command Magician


And now here comes the final piece of the puzzle....

I offer my Cybernetic Magician and my Chaos Command Magician as a tribute, for the special summon of the Sorcerer of Dark Magic!


Now I've got you in what i like to call Village Lock!

With secret village of the spellcasters on the field, you cant use any spell cards. My sorcerer or dark magic will just negate your trap cards!

I take that as a compliment...anyway :Awesome: That's an alternate version of the combo Kyle just used which basically means you stole it. you can go back at least 70-150 pages back and you'll read that Mimiru was the first to explain a combo like that.

(Yes I am aware that not every Quick-Play Spell can be activated from the hand during your opponent's turn but Mystical Space Typhoon is one of them that can)

erm, Jaden, you cant chain quickplays from your hand during my turn. you can only do that during your turn. I have no idea who told you MST was an exception... but its not.

No, whoreface. I've never EVER seen a combo like that used here. I found the combo MYSELF when I drew this hand IRL. and no, I'm NOT going to back 70-150 pages to find some combo I've never heard of.

I was able to do it in Tag Force as well as World Championship! And as you should know those games COMPLETELY play by the rules of how the game is played in real life. And since The WC Series was actually created to prepare people for Tournaments in real life they don't really have a choice but to make it play by the rules. Also, if that was really true with all Quick-Play Spells then what would be the point of even having Trap Cards?

 

I've got a thread dating back to January posting that very combo. My combo. I can go get it myself. And the idea WAS ripped.

Well, those video games follow the rules of the OCG, not the TCG. they are pretty much the same thing, but the ocg is slightly different in some ways. I'm not sure if MST is one of them.

I really have no idea why this happens, but im going to ask on a rulings website and get back to you. it could just be a glitch.

Wow...you really DO have knowledge of the game...I didn't know there was a difference in the TCG and OCG...

Well...I have seen a FEW glitches in World Championship...like with Elemental Hero Rampart Blaster and how it says it can attack a player directly while in face-up Defense Position. However, It would not let me do that...

Anyway, Sorry to tell you guys this but I'm gonna be spending the night with my grandmother tomorrow so I won't be able to Duel for awhile...I will be back Monday but I'll be busy and probably won't be able to Duel again till next weekend...Sorry guys.

 

xD yeah, thats just what happens when you play in real life for a while. the games are based on the OCG, and are then just translated into english without any rule changes. Anyway, the rulings sections of Pojo(an awesome website by the way, you should check it out), says that its probably just a glitch, and that its illegal in real life.
