oh my rainbow can be otk or not, depends on the opponent, if i cant get neos out in the first 10 turns i loose

If it can actually use Rainbow Neos consistently then yes. I do want to see it.

Probably not.

 

Depends how it opens. Usually a Pegasus + Rare Value or Beetron can get it going pretty well.

I'll also go ahead and point out a three card combo:
Atlantean Roar to SS three level three water monsters and have Aegis of the Ocean Dragon Lord set to have them not be destroyed by battle next turn.
Then during your next turn having Atlantean Dragon Poseidra in your hand or graveyard...
the next part's obvious.

You can Tribute 3 Level 3 or lower WATER monsters you control; Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned by this effect: Return all Spell/Trap Cards on the field to the hand, and if 3 or more cards are returned by this effect, face-up monsters your opponent currently controls lose 300 ATK for each card returned.

there is also the option of Xyz summoning if you don't have Poseidra.
(I'm only using cards said to be in the SD or obviously I would have used threatening for the example instead of Aegis.)

Does anyone want to help me "attempt" to make an at least semi-successful Horakhty deck

 

Last time I did a deck based around it, I used Gadgets and Ultimate Offering to get three tributes ready.

 

I have one like that, It doesn't work out well...At all.

 

Mabye a lightsworn one?
Really easy to swarm field; and okay draw power. (assuming you don't mill the Gods xD)
If you do this,probably side Reincarnation.

 

Plus a monster reborn and effect veiler could get them out and keep them.

 

I hate OTK decks. Cards that on the first turn are just drawing a few cards, then drawing more, and more and more and more until they have exodia. Fcking. Bullsh*t
