Other conditions(luck based cards, handicaps, etc.): If your partner loses all their LP you take his turns. Spells that affect both players affect all, protection Traps affect only one target(It should be two, bu this means we can actually damage each other in the first 6 turns), you can only attack 1 player per turn, if a team wins with both players alive they duel each other for ranking reasons afterwards.
