off the top of my head, vennominaga, diety of trollfaces is on par with exodia in evilness, although harder to summon. and some lock-down combos are pretty evil. Like

 

middle card has a trollface...
and can easily be stopped...

First turn Royal Custom + Anti-Spell Fragrance + Sanguine Swamp + Prohibition: Trap Eater + 2 Stardusts on the field.
Oponnent can't play spells or traps, ever.

they can still set things, and you're using at least eight cards, probably more like 10.

man eater bug and marshmallon need to be set to do anything, catsith is hard to work with without spell/traps, and can be discarded by... I think just chawa nozoochee and raven.

 

Set but not use, Sanguine swamp prevents set cards from being used.
And that's just for the arena anyway, you won't need prohibition or another Stardust in most places, and in dedicated decks the with a little amount of luck you can summon stardust with 2 or 3 cards.

 

doesn't work in the arena, anti-spell fragerance is banned.

 

oh but you dont need to set marshmallon...change battle position to defense position next turn it was summoned and the game goes to the guy with the most cards...who ever decks out loses...

unless, of course, the lock-down person included the ablility to synchro in their deck, in which case brio removes marsh

duh, never mind, they'd need lightning vortex or something instead.

or man-eater bug, for that matter..

plus, most lock-down decks include some form of burn damage.

 

thats the fun thing about random draw though...anything can happen.
lockdown or not it can be destroyed xD
not like you can have any card you want in your hand and in your deck...your basicly using every card in the world in 1 deck of 60 cards if you duel without the random draw...

I think should no longer exist Randow Draw On The Card Arena,But Thats My Little Opinion :D
