    For the actual RP, nah. Characters? Yeah. Characters would have a reason FOR being there, which would derive from a plot at some point or another.

    well I think the only thing we need to know are if you are neutral, Protagonist, or antagonist...
    you can use whatever deck and do whatever you want to do, we dont need to know about the other stuff until you introduce yourself IN the RP not before it...
    cuz it would be a spoiler.

    so your saying that Yuma is sharks rival and then Kaito becomes Yumas rival...then Shark gets a new rival...then Yuma and shark still duel like they're rivals in the ending of yugioh Zexal...
    this makes no sense but thats how yugioh is..."if its about childrens card games it doesnt need a plot!"...

    Plus it really can't be THAT sophisticated, seeing as the thing holding it together is card games, and we have to keep doing those. Of course that also means that Darth Helmet could end up winning and enslaving us. If that happens Zeo is Neo, and I'm getting a black trench coat.

    IV = Shark's Rival because of the incident that got Shark banned from Nationals.
