    I'm just wondering, if you're not sending a ton of cards away, or your opponent has a lot of LP, what's the point of using the effect? Yeah you might take a lot of LP, but the player might still survive

And yet you choose to argue with me knowing that my knowledge of the rules surpasses your own? Seriously, this is ridiculous. It's like a bunch of kids thinking that they know more than a professor...

    well... if your trap card destroys all monsters on the field...
    it doesnt do anything since the effect of kaiba's monster removes itself from the field.
    it wouldnt have a target...just like heavy storm would destroy all spell/trap cards on the field including itself so the only way to stop it is by negating it o.o

    having eyes in the back of your head allows you to see past mistakes to prepare you for the future unlike having eyes in the front, heading into the unknown future unprepared wouldnt be very nice would it? lol...
