I think arc-gurren should either be limited, or have it's effect toned down. As is, you can turn Graceful Charity into draw five cards, and can turn monster reincarnation into a pot of greed. And, more borkenly than that, if you discard it from the top of your deck with an effect like glow-up bulb, you still get to draw a pair of cards. also some things to compare with: Dark mimic level 3

I activate Magic Jammer by discarding Exiled Force

 

To be fair, Graceful Charity makes you discard 2 cards, and the fact is, you only therefore gain one in place of the Graceful Charity which was lost... and so... with the whole no random card draw, it's mainly useful for a discard effect.
As for Labyrinth wall, it may have those stats and be two levels lower, but for Arc-Gurren to be summoned, it requires two sacrifices and it's useless for attacking, so... with two sacrifices needed and it not being able to attack, a decent effect seems fair.
Besides, with Labyrinth wall, that worked in tandom with another card. (was it shadow ghoul or something... can't remember?) hence why it was a low cost.
As for the other 2 monsters, they were low level and so the effect wasn't as high.
