Edit: We don't do it exactly like in real life, we exclude the random draw, different ban list, etc..

That will all worth for nothing Kaiba, Your God card will sacrifice your two other monsters but when that activates, I chain Effect Veiler (seeing as it won't be exactly fair if the Gods weren't affected by Monster, Spell and Traps, it only lasts for one turn) Thanks to this guy, All I have to do is discard him and your Obelisk's effect gets cancelled out meaning your two sacrifices were useless.

 

I think the not effected thing still stands...
Since when Yugi used Slifer once, he tried to equip megamorph on it and Jaden said that wouldn't work, so in theory, your effect wouldn't work on Obelisk either.

I thought we played with the Gods being immune to effects/traps/spells for the first turn at the minimum. I asked Jay to give us a ruling, whenever he get on we can decide this.

 

No, Effect Veiler will not work on Obelisk. Obelisk cannot be affected by Spell, Trap or Effect Monster Cards that target. This is even true with the legal Obelisk.

then I'll play double summon. it allows me to normal summon one more time this turn,

so I'll normal summon Genex Ally Duradark

you seem to forget that crusher is in DEF mode, would you like to re-think that move?

I didn't see it in defense mode, since I saw it upwards. If that's the case shouldn't you switch it so it's facing sideways?
