Btw, It's technically my second turn....can I attack Yusei directly? I wouldn't think so, just wondering.

 

No you can't. That's not how a Tag Duel works. He hasn't had a turn yet.

Will somebody who has played Tag Force and WC PLEASE explain this...

 

You know, I think rules for these duels would be a great thing to add to the front page, just so there's no confusion like this again.

this is actually quite unfair lol... (I think I read somewhere this duel is a 2 vs 1 but Yusei and Jaden both have their seperate fields.)
if Jaden and Yusei have their own fields that means they shouldnt be able to use effects to help each other...it would be unfair if one has to face off against 2 people that can use each others monsters AND can controle 10 at once...
but if Yusei and Jaden both have the same field then I would say it would be fair game that way since they could only summon 5 monsters just like the rest of us xD...that way they could help each other with spells/traps/etc...
if Jaden and Yusei have their own fields then Kaiba would have the ability to attack ONLY Jaden.
but if Yusei and Jaden has the same field then it would go like this...
Since they share the same field they count as 1 person, they cant attack on first turn and Kaiba cant attack after Jaden's first move so...that means Yusei starts off as first attacker.

 

Very well, thats not going to help your partner though. You see Yusei, Jaden is more worried about his own skin then yours.

since they have seperate fields you can only attack Jaden and he cant protect Yusei in the future since they dont share the same field...

thats just like someone having a field with 10/10 instead of 5/5 monsters and trap/spells...

well, that's what they do in the games and show. Each person has their seperate field and spells. They do the same thing when Yugi and Kaiba face off against Dartz in Waking the Dragons

Pretty sure they also did the same thing in Bonds Beyond Time.

 

oh come on xD anime rules are different...
like in episode 4 of yugioh GX Chazz uses Magical Malet BUT he says he can reshuffle magical malet back into his deck by its own effect which is illegal since magical malet would have fully resolved and sent to the graveyard...thats how normal spells work >_>...
