This is the Kazuki Takahashi signed artwork of the Dark Magician, you cna tell by the signature in the corner, this card was released in the Annverisary Pack which contained:

Blue Eyes White Dragon (On top fo a building similar to KaibaCorp)
Red Eyes Black Dragon (As beneath it is a earthquake, most likely from the Earthshaker Trap card)
Summoned Skull (Wielding a axe)
Celtic Guardian (Fighting against foes)
Gyakutenno Megami (The original is an old card, idk why he decided to give her a Alt artwork)
Buster Blader (Standing all badass holding his sword on his back)
Jinzo (Given a electricifying image)
Shiba-Warrior Taro (A Tuner monster)

These are the only ones released in the Annverisary pack but.

Dark Magician (Shounen Jump promo and my guess is, his artwork is based on the Season Zero series.)
Dark Magician Girl (Yes, there is a artwork of her which is actually pretty well animated but this card never saw offical release outside of Japan since Kazuki refuses to edit any fanservice parts if 4kids deems it not childworthy)
