either way, you choose to summon so if I dont do it then thats my choice but if I do you cant use monsters effects either.
it depends on what cards you draw and 1 out of 40 card chance is very low...
make combos with everything you have, with my deck in real life you can be prepared for almost anything xD...if you know how to use it o.o..

no...if you use a pure chaos deck then all I have to do is stop you from using chaos emperor but if you have a backup plan thats where Angel O7 comes in...
its still a light monster and can be helpful in a chaos deck if you know what your doing with it xD I can still use discard effect and discard Angel O7 along with my discard effect monsters, and use that in the future.
Edit: I make decks that help with random draws...

 

Allowing a mashup of random cards to win is unfair. It doesn't work in real life so allowing it to work here would be unfair. You would have to actually talk with experienced competitive players to understand. You want to run Chaos right? Chaos isn't about using a mashup of random Light and Dark Monsters. They're supposed to be about Light and Dark monsters based on graveyard milling and removing cards from play.

You'd have to show me your entire deck, because from what you're describing, I can't tell exactly what you're trying to do. I can't make decks all that well, but I usually know what goes with what (why must strategy games be my achilles heel?)

one of those cards needs a fairy type.
you have to destroy Angel O7 to get your own monsters to use their effects...I like controling people to do what I want them to do xD... just like how zane destroyed my light and darkness dragon. that left him with absolutely no cards after he used mirage of nightmare.
Thats right zane I made you waste all those cards on a pawn xD!!

have you ever tried to get your opponent to do what YOU want them to do?
since Angel O7 makes both players disabled from using monster effects I can just wait as I increase in cards...until the opponent tries to destroy Angel O7.
once thats done there will be 1 fairy type monster in the graveyard and he just screwed himself up xD!
the card he was trying to destroy is going to be used to my advantage and he would mentaly get weaker at the same time lol...
but thats my style of dueling... im sure everyone here has their own >_>...

 

That's a matter of opinion. Your angel is easy to destroy. All it requires is one spell/trap card before they proceed to wipe you out with their re-enabled monster effects.

 

Also, speaking of dueling, how about one, Brooklyn?
