first you need to ask me if I want to chain, to your three spiritualisms, becuase I do. I chain with Rainbow life.

by discarding Aurkus.

you might want to reconsider the rest of that.

 

Then I activate Destiny draw by sending my Destiny hero - Malicious to the graveyard



I then activate Destiny Hero - Malicious' spell ability and Special Summon another from my deck

you play spiritualism on my face-down. i activate said face down in chain to your spiritualism. I use rainbow life and discard Aurkus. now I get healed instead of hurt for the rest of the turn. lastly, it gets sent to the grave-yard because it's been used, and isn't continuous. so, yes, it does do anything, despite spiritualism.
edit: in fact, spiritualism does nothing, as my card is already destined for the grave.

 

but if spiritualism sends that card back you cant use it o.O... since it cant negate and all...

I then play the field spell Dark City


I now activate Fires of Doomsday

This allows me to summon 2 Doosmday tokens to the field

I'm not negating it, Im using it before it's returned. chains resolve in reverse order, if I play heavy storm, and you play magic jammer, magic jammer resolves first, then heavy storm fails to resolve, because it's already been negated.
