Sorry but you cannot execute this move, Super Polyimerzation states no spells, traps or monster effects can be activated in activation to it therefore, De-Fusion would be useless and secondly, Blue Eyes Flame Dragon is a Synchro monster, not a Fusion Monster

Synchro - Using a Tuner Monster with another level monster equal to the monster your trying to summon so if I had Junk Synchron (Level 3) and Cyber Dragon (level 5) I can send those two to the graveyard for a level 8 Synchro monster
