Basically, If the effects of SHooting Quasar Dragon are true, he'd have the chance not five times but double that amount, which would practically be broken beyond Super Polymerization's standards, plus 4000 ATK if it's true.

But the card hasn't appeared in the anime yet, yet it says it combines SHooting Star Dragon with the other Dragons to create this Level 12 monster, all we have is ending 5 of 5ds of the image of it.

has done this using not one but two Synchro Tuners with a Synchro monster, creating Tech genius Halberd Cannon, it's kinda similar to Double Tuning of Red Nova Dragon except Jack uses two Tuners for more power.

Synchro Tuner - Evolved Tuner monsters based on speed (Well Synchro Tuners do Synchro Summon on the opponent's turn.)
Two Normal Tuners - Basically, more power to Red Dragon Archfiend since it what represents him.
Two Synchro Tuners - Power and Speed combined.

Burning Soul and Clear Mind are similar but different, now that Delta Accel Synchro is revealed, SHooting QUasar Drgaon will probably have the power to negate any card like Stardust Assasult Mode.
