Eleanor's lips broke into a small smile. "Good luck," she sighed back. "It's quite the story so far..."

 

"I'd say. don'd know how much you'll undersdand wid dis broken nose of mine dough." Tristan pinched his nose harder. How annoying.

 

"Is there something we can do about that?" Eleanor asked. "I mean, any other bone broken and I could help you, but... I don't think there's much to speed that healing process..."

 

"Noding do be done. Jusd going do have do waid id oud." Tristan sighed again. "Well here goes noding...." Tristan told Sammiere about his adventure that he had so far. He told her everything except about the dreams.

 

Gemini looked around after taking in a breath of fresh air, "Why don't we follow the crowd? They all seem to be going that way." she suggested, guessing that the market was the place most people would go.

 

"And you know the rest," Eleanor concluded, though her voice was quiet. She looked up the ladder toward the hole to the surface above them, seeing the daylight of the early morning sun shining through.

"I wish they all would hurry, I'm dying here."

"Alright, let's go," Lanan replied to his cat companion, smiling. Bending over and holding his hand to the side, bowing, he finished, "Ladies first."

BIC: Gemini gave a short curtsy and then started down the street. She looked around curiously for alittle while, taking in the town and buildings before looking at Lanan seriously. "What is going on?" she asked bluntly.

Ekaf let Ruby hit her, nocking her out of the way of Nas's attack and leaving Ruby there as Ekaf shot the petrefying venom at her, Ekaf landed behind a tree, her armour on her shoulders was damaged. She listened to nature and the insects as they told her where her enimies were located.

 

Nas stop the roots in mid strike, they had nearly hit Rubira. That was too close. Retracting the roots back into the ground. New roots shot from the ground and formed a new spear. Nas grabbed it and prepared herself.

 

Still not seeing Ruby or Nas, Lanan followed her. "Like I have a clue," he mumbled, following the crowd.

After hitting Ekaf, Ruby saw the spear out of the corner of her eye and ducked, twirling her body to follow Ekaf's movement. Not paying attention to see where the spear went, just knowing it hadn't hit her, she rushed to the direction where Ekaf disappeared to. "Come out and play, fake!"

"You have more a clue than I do." Gemini replied. "I keep hearing things like demons and war and that kind of thing. I've never heard any of that before."

"Oooh, so you're my new master then!" Ben grinned. "Alrighty, Master, where are we off to? What trouble can we get in to? Oh, and do you have a stuffed animal?"

"You're full of energy," Aduial commented under her breath. "Sorry, I don't have any stuffed animals."

"Oh," Ben's smiled faded for a moment, but returned when Aidou and his mother came back into the room. "Hey there! I'm Benjamin; but you can call me Ben. What are your names?"

Aidou's expression registered confusion and shock for only a fraction of a second before his emotionless mask was back on. His mother didn't give him the chance to ask Aduial where Ben came from.

"How did you know of the Summon?" The grace and beauty that was Aidou's mother was replaced by anger.

"I didn't," Aduial replied quickly. "I just-"

"You don't need to explain yourself," Aidou's mother was calm again. "You summoned him, so he is yours. I cannot change that."

"Oh," Lanan frowned, remember he told Gemini he would tell her everything. "Guess I owe you a long explanation, huh?" He wondered how she would take his stories.

 

"Well I guess you don't really owe me anything, but it would be nice to know." Gemini answered, feeling bad if she was pressuring him.
