Shimomura is definitely brilliant, his tracks seem perfect, and working with KH doesn't seem like the easiest thing. Uematsu is alright, don't enjoy too many of his tracks outside editing my game, Koji Kondo(legend of zelda) and Yuki Hajiura(xenosaga) are much better.

Couldn't've said it better myself. Although, I find Uematsu's tracks to FF compelling, I agree that Shimomura's pieces work out to be... smoother, in my opinion. If that makes sense, hah.

And yeah, Uematsu's a boy artist. luulz

Uematsu's pieces are only good if your actually playing the game, and most of them sound a bit odd if you listen to them outside the game, I honestly can't stand them outsdie of the game, hence why there only alright. Unlike those others I mentioned. I love there tracks more than some of the other songs I listen to.

I knew that, lol, I just got confused because of all the artists I was lsiting :sideways:
