"and were going to use our wish on Geryl? doesnt that seem like a waste of a wish?" Nulix said

 

Ex looked at Nulix. Waste? Waste! It's not a waste to free a friend!!! Ex turned and stormed out of the library.

 

" he's our friend. we can't just leave him here. besides it didn't say we couldn't wish for more wishes" Bella said as she watched Ex storm out.

 

"but what if we could do something even better!? like eternal peace or something?"
Nulix suggested "not freeing Geryl might be a small price to pay..."

 

"he's our FRIEND" Bella repeated, a little annoyed, " besides eternal peace is a dream nothing can bring to life"

 

"that stone can make peace a reality! and I'm not going to waste our wish..."
Nulix replied "maybe we will find another way to free Geryl..." he said, in a softer tone

 

" well if we can find a way to free Geryl, then fine we'll use it for peace but if there's no other way to free him we WILL use that stone to free him." Bellatrix said, "i'll make sure of that"

 

Wasting a wish is freeing a friend? Humph. Ex disappeared in the air.

 

"but... if we cant free Geryl any other way, wouldn't he want peace?" Nulix asked

 

" how can you have peace when you know you've sacrificed your friend!? " Bella snapped.

 

"whats more important, one friend or billions of lives that suffer!?" Nulix asked

 

she stayed quiet for a second. are you willing to sacrifice one to save the others? "there will always be suffering no matter what" Bella said quietly,"there's no way to escape that. someway or another it always comes back. the only thing that helps us through that suffering is our friends and family. the pain and suffering makes us stronger and makes us value what we have. "

 

Nulix looked down "maybe..." he said

 

Bella quietly shut the book and wiped a tear away. you can't escape the past.
