Zane snapped his fingers and the Heartless disappeared. Xardius frowned.

"Ah, and I was just going to kill them...Wait a sec. New key?"

Zane shook his head. "Old one. I have something to tell you all...I am a member of the Brotherhood."

Xardius looked between him and the dead Azull. "Um..."

"I came into being to destroy them. After they are dead, I will most likely disappear," Zane said quietly. "I infiltrated their organization and planned to destroy them from the inside. Azull was out of the way, he didn't even know I was a member."

He shook his head. "But Zaxor will tell them everything, and I won't be able to surprise them again. I was lucky this time. Azull always was an idiot, too wrapped up in his own mystique."

"Enough!" Xardius muttered. "Let's just get going if we're done here." He looked around. "This castle gives me the creeps."

OOC: Good, I didn't ruin anybody's plans...

Geryl stared at Zane. Then Geryl turned and left the room.

 

"I second that." Vexneah said, nodding in agreement with Xardius.

 

OOC: Ah, well my personal favorite is: "Run....or fight...." from page 5 where you go flying through walls. That was cool.

BIC: Zane shrugged and floated into the air. Xardius stayed a moment, glancing at Vexneah, then asked, "Where's Heaven?"

 

OOC:Yeah, that was a pretty good one............Ok, I will try and get the sig made.

 

OOC: Oh! I liked that quote too.

BIC: Vexneah watched Zane, "I dunno. She left."

 

Xardius shrugged, then gestured to her. "After you," he said, motioning to the balcony.

OOC: What quote should I use for mine?

 

Jet looked Tera Roth up and down "so your Tera Roth, eh?"

 

"Yes," Tera Roth said simply, folding his arms and looking Jet up and down. Alyt stepped up next to him, staring up at Tera Roth's emotionless face.

 

Vexneah nodded and walked onto the balcony.

OOC: I have a horrible memory. I can't remember half the quotes. Oh! I'll go check about 300 pages back. *runs off*

 

Jet looked at Alyt then back to Tera Roth "your friends infected ya know..." he said

 

"Yes," Tera Roth said. "But if we can defeat the Virus, she'll be all right."

He put a hand around her shoulders protectively, almost instinctively.

Alyt eyed him out of the corner of her eye as she turned to Jet. "Tera wouldn't explain, what do you mean 'infected'?"

 

OOC:Should I have a quote from Orb there too?

 

Jet smiled "the Virus swallows people, like it did you, most people it kills by infecting there heart, but some... some people, it infects there soul, not killing them, but causing them to... give away there will one strand at a time, only the strong willed can survive it..." Jet looked at Tera Roth "I have it too..." he said, showing them a black mark on his neck

 

OOC:Is it me or does "the virus" kind of sound like the same as white noise?

 

Tera Roth nodded.

Wirdikov interjected. "But the problem is: we can't defeat the virus..."

Tera Roth turned to him, his mouth opening.

Wirdikov raised a hand. "It has had too much time to grow powerful before we came together. Now we cannot hope to defeat it...But hope is a strange thing. It provides ways for us to reveal it."

He held up a hand and in it was a small object. "To travel through time is dangerous. Not just because of the appeal to change, but because of the appeal to reapply. We must destroy the Virus in the past, contact our old selves, tell them to join together. Then we will fight the Virus here."

He nodded. "Who's with me?"

Xardius watched Vexneah leave, then he turned and raised a hand. Azull's body burst into flames and then it was gone. "No resurrection," he muttered, twisted, and floated up back towards the village.

Jet smiled, and raised his hand "I am"

 

Geryl waited for Vexneah until she came and Geryl followed her.

 

Vexneah followed Xardius, "So what now?"
