BIC: Silax sighed, "unfornately this Organization must attract all those kind of people....." he said walking over and hugging Katara, "but we never give up.....we always continue to try and have hope......" he smiled.

 

Katara looked down still. "Yeah... but people like that shouldn't even exsist... why do people choose to act like that, anyways? Doesn't anybody know how to control themselves?!" She clenched her fists tighter, a bit angry.

Silax held Katara close, "its ok...." he said, "most of those people....have chosen darkness as their ally...." he sighed, "majority of the people can't control the darkness....but a few choose to use it for its purpose.....evil acts and events....."

 

"Has anybody... ever used the darkness for good...?" Katara asked and looked up at him.

 

"I guess you could say I do....." Silax smiled, "or atleast try to......" he sighed, "unless one being of darkness has good control over it.....he can't control it either......"

 

Katara thought for a moment, and then shook her head. "No... I don't need it... the darkness can just stay away from me... I can defeat them on my own..." she thought.

 

"I'm glad your having those thoughts Katara....." Silax smiled hugging her, "you don't need the darkness.....like I said you have us if you need any help with anything...."

 

Katara looked up at Silax. "You're right... I don't need the darkness... but I don't want any of you to get involved, either..."

 

"Well then we might have a problem there...." Silax grinned, "because I'm not the kind of person to just abandon my friends and let them do their own thing....you saw that with Takeshi and Garxena's fight....."

 

"What's going on now?" Kotone asked, sauntering into the lobby, her silky black hair flowing out behind her. She glanced over at everyone, an emotionless expression on her face.

 

"Yes... I realize that..." she said. "But I really don't want you to get involved... it's not going to be safe... and I know it goes against what you do... but you can't..."

 

"Nice to see you Kotone...." Silax smiled, "the usual.....except this time Kai is the one who has been kidnapped...." he sighed, "it seems my distrust of Zentaro proved right.....the lying fool took Kai....and then heartless tried to attack me and Garxena.....I believe all of this is his doing....or someone higher than him....."

 

Katara looked down. I bet if I tried harder I could have stopped him... she thought to herself.

 

"Do you know where he is now?" Kotone asked. Glancing at Katara, she sent her a sympathetic look, before turning back to Silax.

 

"No clue.....I was with Garxena in Traverse Town when all of this happened....." Silax said thinking, "but the thing is....this fool was stupid enough to return....." he said pointing to Zentaro, "and what I said before....your not a replica....your worse than that.....trash....."

 

Katara looked up at Kotone and then glared at Zentaro. She didn't say a word.

 

Turning her head, Kotone stared at Zentaro piercingly, directly into his eyes. "Hmm...so he was the one who kidnapped Kai...and he placed her somewhere...or rather, gave her to someone..."

 

"Apparently.....he talks of his boss....who receives orders of sick things.....he said the orignal order that brought him here was one to kill Yeifou...." Silax said glaring at him, "his fake emotions may have fooled Garxena....but they didn't fool me......"

 

Katara clenched her fists as she glared at Zentaro. I knew right from the start that there was something wrong with this guy... but I still need to know where he took Kai... I could've stopped him... *sigh* Katara closed her eyes and thought.

 

"You weren't the only one Katara....." Silax said placing a hand on her shoulder, "theres a lot of things in the world that could be stopped by people like us.....but just because we possess these powers doesn't allow us to still stop everyone......" he sighed hugging her.
