"I do. The last thing you did to me was drive dragon claws through my arm." Garxena said coldly. "You know what's happened since you left?" she stood up and showed him the T on her upper arm. "Lots. And I've been fine without you." she reflexively held the locket.

Riku moved next to her. "What are you here for?"

 

"I was just leaving..." Xeal said as he pushed Riku aside and walked out of the hotel.

 

"Good." Garxena sat back down, tears in her eyes. "This is too much..."

Riku put an arm around her. "It'll be okay."

 

A man came out of the elavator and approached Garxena and Riku. "Hey have you seen my bro around here?" He asked

 

"That depends. Who's your brother?" Riku looked up at the man.

Why is he back? And what does he want? Garxena thought about Xeal.

 

Silax continued to walk, interested in what Garxena had to say, "something I need to know....?" he said slightly confused, "is something wrong with the procedure....I thought it would work......"

 

Frostex sat in Telren's lair. "I wonder where everyone else is..." he said.

 

"Perhaps it didn't work..." Silax sighed, "I thought it would.....maybe Telren has a better book that can explain it....." he said thinking, "or the book now could be the best....."

 

Mika looked at Silax, "Did something go wrong? Maybe we better go talk to Garxena about it."

 

Nova slept in the lobby.

 

Garxena stood up, heading for the door. "See you later, Riku." she mumbled. She went outside and sat against a tree. It's my fault... if I was stronger, I could've done something to help her...

 

Silax walked with Mika until they saw Garxena under a tree, "there she is...." he said walking over to the tree, "relaxing?" he smiled.

 

Mika saw the sad expression on Garxena's face,"Or not.... What's wrong Garxena?"

 

Garxena stood up, putting a hand on the tree for support. "Kairi..... she's...." Garxena tried not to cry. "Takeshi.... he...." She bit her lip, shaking.

 

Silax read her thoughts then embraced her, "Garxena....I'm sorry....." he said holding her close, "its ok to cry.....your not weak if you cry....."

 

Garxena held on to Silax. "I could've done something.... if I was stronger....." She felt tears coming. "I could've stopped him..."

 

Mika clasped her hands and stood akwardly. Did Takeshi... kill Kairi? He must have, I can't think of anything that would make Garxena look so miserable.

"I'm sure you tried your best Garxena....." Silax said trying to comfort her, "don't worry there is a way we can bring her back...." he smiled.

 

Garxena let go of Silax and stepped back. She wiped away the tears. "But Kairi's a Somebody...." she remembered Namine. She must have something to do with it. Garxena fiddled with her hair. "Another thing too......" she hesitated. "Xeal's back." she said with disdain.
