edit: also the bit in KH2 in Halloween town I think it is when Sora like "sees" Kairi and she goes through him​

 

is it maybe in the scene at the end of kh2 when he reads kairis letter ?

 

Nope its not I can almost picture it in my head, and the bit with the tear I am pretty sure is in KH1
