The Price of Living Forever

Dante started driving toward the destination. "I wonder how he's doing?"

 

"You're full of suprises, aren't you?" Whisper said as she saw the aircraft, "I hope we're not too late to help"

 

Mya looked around until she saw something that caught her eye. Hey stop the car for a sec.

 

OOC: ATV. :lolface:

BIC: Dante stopped the ATV and looked around. "What is it? We're almost there. He might be able to pick us up on radar."

 

OOC: Same thing XD

BIC: Mya looked out of the car and then sat back down. It's nothing. Keep driving. I thought I saw something.

 

OOC: i was thinking it was more of a four wheeled off road thing. not like... a car... How the heck did we flip a car? eh, whatever.
PLOT TWIST: its a car now :3

BIC: Dante continued driving until they reached the front entance to Albert's lovely base of wonder. He knocked on the door. "Hello? Albert? You there?"

 

"I'm not really surprised, he is Albert Einstein after all," Vyce grinned and walked up to examine the fine vechile. However, he soon heard a knock coming from the front door, "I think we have a visitor."

 

"Wait, this place has a front door? Okay then..." She shook her head in disbelief, "And who else would know about this place? You must trust them."

 

Dante knocked again. "Hello? C'mon! It's Dante! Open up!"

 

OOC: Somehow, the most inexpirienced, (and completely useless) combat group in the history of Halo took down that thing.

BIC:
Albert stopped the crane, "that sounds like..." his voice trailed off as he climbed a ladder up into the storage area of his victorian-styled house, and then he walked up to the door, peeking through the window to see Dante.

The lock clicked, and then the door opened, letting Dante see Albert opening the door. "Ah, yes, I'm glad to see that you survived the bombing."

 

Dante rubbed the back of his head. "Yeah... one of them hit my bunker/house... My good one. So i kinda lost... everything." Dante turned to look at Mya. "Albert, this is Mya. Mya, this is Albert."

 

Whisper watched Albert go up the ladder and could here him talking to his guests, she was curious who would know about this place and who Albert clearly trusted, she slowly wandered towards where Albert had gone.

 

Mya smiled and have Albert a bow. It's an honor to meet you Albert. I've heard all about your great works.

 

Albert offered his hand, "ah, and good to meet a fine young woman such as yourself, though, with our condition, you might be even older than me," he said, as he gestured for Mya and Dante to come inside.

 

Mya smiled at Albert's comment and walked inside, mesmerized by the house. Such a nice house. Everyone should respect what you are!

 

Albert grinned, as he showed the way to the ladder, leading down into the underground portion that was more of a military base built beneath the moutain behind the house, "well, belive me, Mya, you haven't seen anything yet."

 

Mya continued following him, trying to hold down her excitement of the secrets Albert has. Say Albert, I have a question. Have you met a friend of mine?

 

Dante followed behind them, checking out all of the stuff. "He did some work while i was gone, huh?"

 

Albert looked at her, "and just which freind would you be refering to?" the genius asked.

Meanwhile, the crane downstairs finished placing the gunship, and had loaded it up with a few weapons and ATV's.

 

Dante went ahaed and climbed down the ladder. He took a look around and walked into the room where Whisper and Vyce were.
